How much do you charge?

I offer a free consultation where I can tailor a package directly for that person, after I have established what their goal is.

The first step is to take an Ancestry DNA test.  Once the results are in I will analyse them for free and will either tell you straight away or give you an estimate of the time and costs involved.  Each case is different.  Some can be solved in a couple of hours and others much longer.  Then you can decide if you would like to continue and either work with me or I will work alone.

How long will it take?

Each case is different and it depends on how close the matches are.  I have solved some cases in a few hours, some in a few weeks and others in a few months.  I will be able to assess this after reviewing the Ancestry DNA results.

What is your guarantee?

I guarantee that you will be a lot closer to finding your biological family than you were before.  I cannot guarantee that they will be found.  No one can do that.  My success rate is 96%.

Are there any prerequisites?

Yes.  You must do an Ancestry UK DNA test and be looking for family in the UK.  It may also be necessary for other family members to test in order to help identify biological family in very difficult cases.
